What have I done?.

Well the title says it all really.
First of all get yourself a drink as this could be a long one and I'm sorry if it's been posted before but I couldn't find anything that matches my situation.
I'm currently running a 1040STE, 4MB RAM, TOS 2.06 and an Ultrasatan and I decided that it would be good idea to try and format a second  2GB card just for games that I've downloaded.
So I went on Jookie's Homepage to see how to do it.
Following the instructions I downloaded ICD Pro and unzipped it and put it onto a 720k disk, this is fine and works.
I then went and setup my Atari with the Ultrasatan and the disk in the drive as instructed, the Ultrasatan started no problem but the disk wouldn't boot.
Not a problem a double click on drive A opened everything and I was able to begin.
The  SD card went to a default position as mentioned and opened up lots of small partitions, this was reduced to the amounts mentioned in the table including the small one at the start.
I kept on following the instructions which was a bit a difficult as my screen images looked too me a bit different and in English.
I got as far as stage 15 no problems and thought that this was easy, however, stage 16 proved to be a different matter.
When I did the reset the Ultrasatan booted up and showed sections L,M,N,O,P so at least 5 new partitions had been added rather then the 8 I had set.

So I'll ask a question how do I access the new partitions that are shown during the start up?.

Then for some reason my computer froze and I did a reset and then things started to go wrong.
Now my Ultasatan wont load at all. The computer starts up in low res mode rather then medium res and none of the partitions that were there before can be seen.
The SD card that was supplied with my Ultrastan was locked because I knew that if I messed it up I would still have that one safe with all the demos but now I've got nothing.
The lights on the Ultrasatan are working showing a top one first then the bottom two but for some reason my computer now doesn't want to know.
After 3 hours of searching around on the internet for a solution I decided the best thing to do would be to pack it away and give us both time to cool off while I said hello to Ben and Jerry.
I'm not sure what has happened apart from me as it was all working fine until I came along.
If you do have a solution that may help me I would be grateful and I would say that you should try and explain this to me like you would to a child but the thing is a child most likely wouldn't have had this problem in the first place.
Boogie.
