Has anyone seen Activision carts that don't look like they've been stored in grease for 10 years? I really want to add Pitfall and River Raid to my collection but I can't find a copy that meets my OCD level needs.
I've seen a few sealed copies selling fairly cheap at places like atari2600.com but I must assume that inside the sealed box would be a poo quality cart. I'd hate to unseal one and toss the box anyway and i don't collect boxes.
Any thoughts? I'm at the point of buying the worst label I can find, peeling it off, and making a new one. As I have no skills with such things this is an extreme undertaking.
