Hey everyone,
I came across this youtube video of a game called Dragon's Lair for the Atari 8-bit line of computers, but is nothing like the classic arcade game most of us know. This isn't really surprising as a lot of the Dragon's Lair ports aren't faithful recreations, but sometimes different games altogether. What those games had, though, was at least a desire to somewhat put elements of the original game into the ported versions, be it a likeness of dirk or a watered down version of a particular room. This Atari 8-bit version, however, has no such elements. Has anyone else seen this game and was/is there box art for it? Although I doubt it, I'm wondering if this was an officially licensed Dragon's Lair game. Check the video link below.
