I'm looking for two things:
1) A scan of this manual (I've already found the html manual here on AtariAge). I'm searched all the usual places on the net and some unusual ones, but I can't find it. I was surprised that AtariMania didn't have it.
2) AtariAge says that this game was released by Telegames much later than was it was programmed over at Sunrise. I've read that it was released in 1989 and programmed in 1983. Are these dates correct?
