I stumbled across this game whilst looking for unreleased versions of interest for the A8

After a search on this subject it looks like a master copy was bought back around 2006 / 2007 and the owner was looking to recoup the $2000 or so paid for this, (with some copies being sold)
now thats its 2013, is this likely to go into the public domain for sharing? or is there carts available for buying if its still the case?
