RCA plug to European TV?

Can anyone recommend a plug that goes from a US RCA plug (really it's from a Super Pong) to European TVs? The little plug I included for this guy (pictured) doesn't fit his TV, which I found to be the case on some systems I've imported too. There is sometimes a slight difference in plug size.

Is there an equivalent plug for Europeans, or anything to help connect RCA to Euro TV? Any suggestions where to get it?
