Falcon Emulator (Virtual Jaguar?)

Since being locked up in a nut house the past few years, have spent the last two nights marathoning the current status of Atari on the web.

Now I love my hardware as much as the next person, but will admit when I ran across the Virtual Jaguar website, about dropped my jaw. Never though an emulator could be, or the dedication required to perform such a chore.

I'm aware of the cold fire project, or firebee, but would bet dollars to doughnuts Apex Media will never run on that card. Just my opinion. That's the bar I've set to myself with respect to hardware such as the CT60 and my Milan. The Afterburner performs admiralty, maybe lacking speed, but a lot of developers don't respect some of the more critical applications that makes the Falcon what it is. Rainbow Multimedia? Surely there are others. This Virtual Jaguar project sure looks like it could fit the bill with respect to Falcon software compatibility, especially when they get the DSP sorted out.

With both a limited ability, and lifespan, what would it cost to pay a team member to devote time in the project to alternately work on a Falcon emulator?

I ask because there are so many people that created software for the Atari platform with excellent results from a user perspective, and feel they would be the ones to estimate time involved for a project like that.

I have retirement funds to invest, may as well put them where they will do some good :)
