Hello all. A while back I had an Atari 2600 and 7800 modded by Electronic Sentimentalities. I have been very happy with the results, except that both systems, especially the 2600, have some interference in their video. Until now I had assumed this was due to some ground loop interference which I hadn't bothered to locate. However, today I noticed when I first turned the system on to play Ms. Pac-Man, the picture was as clear and vibrant as one would expect from a modded system. Then, the longer the system stayed on, the more interference appeared.

And here is what it looks like after it has been on for about 10 minutes:
Ground loop interference would be obvious from the start, right? Any ideas what else might be at work here, and how it might be fixed? I can crack open the system if I have to, though I'm not as handy with a soldering iron as I'd like to be.
