need some non atari help

In the days leading up to my M.S. attack I was learning to solder and working on a short wave reciever radio from Ramsey electronics. Anyways, the day that it hit me I royally screwed up the power connections. I kind of knew something was wrong but thought i was alright. Well i ended up destroying to of the front pads or traces ( i guess thats what you called them) I am now at a point where i want to continue to learn soldering but i suck at reading diagrams.  I was hoping someone could look at the schematic here and tell me where i can place a jumper wires at to make the power work. Its the two front points that i screwed up.
