Eprom programmer

I want to buy an eprom programmer to replace a lost one that I had in the past. I found the pocket one that was suggested in another threade, but it was almost $270.  I found this one online. Would the hardware engineers reply if this will cover most if not all programming we do for our Ataris. Or is it complete BS? Or Make a suggestion?
