Book:Your Atari 8 Bit Comes Alive! w/disk

I got this book off of eBay with the disk. I never knew it existed. I have a copy of Your Atari Comes Alive. It is scanned and the disk was posted here on AtariAge plus Atarimania. In another thread somebody mentioned they had a copy of  Your Atari 8 Bit Comes Alive! book years ago but lost it. I thought they meant Your Atari Comes Alive. Both books are from the same author but they are different books.

I just copied the disk and is posted below in an ATR. The disk is failing and was giving me an error 144 on a couple of files but I got them after a couple of tries. Not sure what the error means since I got two different answers from two different sources.

I'd love to get the book scanned but since this is the only copy I've ever seen, I'm a little paranoid about letter someone borrow it to scan and then it never happening.
