Enclosing the AtariMax SIO2PC

I am considering giving enclosure services to the owners of AtariMax SIO2PC (USB and Serial, Single Port versions).

Before I can give you a precise estimate of cost though, I need exact measurements of PCBs for both versions (I don't own either)
So i'd appreciate someone taking the time and measuring each board and letting me know.

Also, the first person who ships his device to me now for testing purposes (USB, Serial or both) will receive 50% off of the enclosure service. This offer is valid even if i decide not to go ahead with the service due to lack of interest.

Note that I may have to shave the base plate of the SIO connector down from both ends for a proper fitment. So by sending your unit to me you acknowledge and accept that fact.

This is how the service will work:

- You ship your device to me.

- First thing I'll do with the device once I receive it is to test it for full functionality. If I find problems with the device I will let you know and will not proceed any further without your approval. So please make sure the device is fully functional before you ship it to me.

- I will fit it into a black/hard plastic enclosure (the same or similar enclosure with my SIO2PC/10502PC Dual-USB device)

- I will test the device with the enclosure once again before I ship it back to you, Should I find the device non-operational or malfunctioning after my modification, I will replace it with one of my SIO2PC/10502PC Dual-USB device free of charge. This is your only warranty and it may take up to a month before you receive it. (depending on availability)

- You pay me for the Service + Paypal fee + Shipping (back to you).

- The enclosure is sturdy and will last a long time if properly cared for, only manufacturer's (Hammond Manufacturing) warranty applies.

This is not a pre-order thread, please consider this as a thread to show your interest, if i see enough interest I will start a separate thread for pre-ordering with the actual cost for the service. The labor cost will be $20 for each enclosure, or $25 with LEDs externalized on the box.
I will add the enclosure and other material (i.e. LED) cost to that without mark-up (which will be determined once I decide to go ahead with this)
