Atari 2600 Box Contents

Can anyone explain to me how the cardboard pieces fit inside the Atari 2600 box?  I recently bought an empty system box with all the cardboard inserts but can't for the life of me figure out how they all fit inside the box.  I figured out which inserts are for the controllers and the paddles and which one houses the cables.  All those were pretty obvious, but how does it all fit inside?  And where did they pack the manual and the Combat game?  Here's a picture of what I have ...
