Less known, but good hi-color format - there is even overscan with 416x273 px . I tried it today for first time on real STE - in Steem it shows without errors. But on real STE I saw mostly diverse errors with original viewer. After some corrections in code, mostly Timer-A related I got some better results, but there are bad pixels (timing related). It is known that Steem (and Hatari too) emulate not everything perfectly. So, I guess that Zerkman tested it mostly under emulators. But there are differences between Atari ST machines, and maybe STEs too (although it would be surprise for me) - considering some video related timings for instance (is there something different in French STEs - ? As I know they are PAL too, Secam versions were not made ) So, I would ask people with STE to DL binaries and gallery and try on their machines. If nothing else, you will see another good "Spectrum512" (as some people call hi-color) , and we will know some things better. Thanx.
