Plugging an atari 2600 into a monitor

Hi

I wish to plug my atari 2600 into my monitor (NEC MultiSync EA231WMi) it has the following ports on the back VGA, DVI & Displayport.

I am in the UK so it would need to work with PAL.

I also have a SNES N64 so it would be great it the cable could also do composite as well as RF to my monitor.

However i would prefer one that did not have to be plugged into the mains, was cheaper and could be bought from the UK.
