Boulder Dash Demo V2

After reading that Harmony Encore will be able to handle Boulder Dash, Andrew and I decided to update the demo release to the latest specs of the official release.

So all updates for title, speed, graphics, bugfixes etc. with did after the old demo release are now included in the attached demo. 

Since are still only two caves included in the demo, we know that this will not completely satisfy those who missed the chance for the full release. But the gap now has become a little bit smaller.
