I'm looking to buy original, complete and boxed "Temple of Apshai" and Dunjonquest games for the Atari 8-Bit. I'm only interested in the disk versions of the game. I should admit that I think that all of these games were released on disk- if some were only released in tape format, then let me know (and I guess I'll have to figure out a way to play them on real hardware).
I currently don't have any of the original games. I'd like to start getting back into the series and mapping them. I've already started this process and got quite far with it, actually (they're the most complete and detailed maps available, as far as I know). I'm most actively seeking the four core games, which are:
- Temple of Apshai (1979)
- Dunjonquest: Upper Reaches of Apshai (1981)
- Dunjonquest: Curse of Ra (1982)
- Temple of Apshai Trilogy (1985)
However, if someone has these other Dunjonquest games, then I'll strongly consider purchasing them. They are:
- Morloc's Tower (1979)
- Hellfire Warrier (1980)
- The Keys of Acheron (1981)
- Danger in Drindisti (1982)
- Gateway to Apshai (1983)
There is one other game that intests me, but it wasn't released on the Atari (just for the TRS-80 and Apple II). I would be willing to pick up the Apple II version of the game... and at least try it out in an emulator.
- Sorcerer of Siva (1981)
There are some sci-fi themed games too. I'm not sure that these interest me at all unless the price is right. These games were made for the Atari and they are:
- StarQuest: Rescue at Rigel (1980)
- Star Warrior (1980)
I don't believe Epyx made any other games of this type. Unless there is a Jumpan roleplaying game that I've overlooked. In which case... I want it!
