Looking for a 2600 Demo Pic

I am looking for an Atari 2600 demo, pic of Lucy Pinder.

I swear I saw it somewhere. Snailsoft??? Any know where

this is?

Also, did someone  release a PC GUI program, to convert

images that the 2600 can display?
