atr, atx, cas, rom, com, bin, ese files (convert)

I am purchasing thru Steve a modded 12ooxl and happy 1050. I would like to be able to convert these file types back to 5 1/4 floppy.  I know that APE will do ATR files.... is there anyway to convert the others listed in the topic title?
