2600 Vader Has No Video

I have a stack of broken Atari's I have been slowly fixing and finally got to one of my Vader ones tongiht.

I replaced the right angle female power jack whcih brought power to the unit, I then tested the 7805 which has 11.85 volts in and 4.85 volts out, I also checked the capacator whcih was also within range. however I could not get any video to display, no snow no nothing just a no signal on my TV. Keep in mind that 5 minuts earlier I had another Vader hooked up and working with no issues so its not on the TV side.

Could it be a bad RF modulator? If so could I do an RCA conversion and just make this vader my own personal system? I would love to find the root cause of the issue though. Any ideas?

Thank you in advance as I will have more questions as I repair these systems.

Also where can I get a new DB9 Connector?
