I made this In ten minutes in Microsoft Paint. (It's very incomplete.) I think someone once asked for one of these to be made but I have never found one. I am planning on making a better one of these eventually, but I need more data to make more connections. Some of the connections might not make sense(and there might not be any between those perticular ones) but in general I think that most of the connections are accurate. See if you can make a better diagram.
