Hey everyone, I'm new to the Atari Jaguar. I picked one up since it's worth a lot more than I paid. Thought it would be fun to play for a while and store away.
Anyways, I have 5 real cd games. I would say that I have to take the game out and put it back in 5-10 times and once it plays once as long as I don't take it out I could power off and on and it will still work. Is that normal for these drives?
Second, sometimes the games are really noisy in there. The game will still play but lord you wouldn't be able to sit by it for long....
Third, Jagtopia and a burned cd game (primal rage) seem to work perfectly every time and are consistently quiet while spinning. Could my cd-r media be balanced better and easier to read than 20 year old retail cds? The cds are not scratched up, they look brand new.
Thanks!
