Backing up disks to ATR - verify tool?

I'm trying to copy some of my source code disks from 1050 to atr via sio2pc (sio2osx). I found after using copymate 3.7XE (with verify on I thought) that at least some of the images are corrupt. I just copied the same disk with mycopyr and the image does not have the same problem. However I'm now worried that several others have issues.

Is there a sector verify utility that can check two disks are identical?
