Free accessories, magazines, manuals, etc.

I've still got my original 800, purchased in early 1980.  Along the way, I acquired some accessories, many magazines, manuals, etc.  I don't want to see them go to recycling, so I'm offering them all for free to anyone who wants to pay for shipping (from Seattle, WA, USA).  Included are:
