Picture Issue

Hi All,

I'm having an issue with my Atari Jaguar which I dug out the loft the other day. I have had a search around the internet and I can't find any solution so I'm not sure if it's a common issue.

The Jaguar is connected to the tv via the original RGB scart cable however when I switch it on I get sound but the picture is just lines that scroll down the screen (image attached). I have tried it with multiple tv's and wiggled the scart cable but no luck.

Do you think it's the scart cable that is at fault or could it be the console?
