I am new to the Atari and i have a 1040STe, i am learning all the time, i've updated the TOS and memory to 4mb etc and i have bought a sdiskemul, but i can't seem to get it to work![:(]()
I am using a Kingston 2gb card formatted with fat32 (512)
4 bombs appear with or without the sd card inserted. the same happens with the floppy drive connected as well (it boots fine without the SdiskEmul fitted)
the only wiring is the video in/out to the 2 points on the mobo plus the power from the power connector, it is getting power as the yellow LED lights up, but the yellow LED is on perminently.
i made sure i put the twist in the floppy cable as shown on the website .http://atariamiga.free.fr/installation_sdiskemul.php
does anyone have any ideas? am i missing something?
