Practical Solutions Video Key for the Atari ST

I recently picked up a Video Key for the Atari ST without a power supply.  I found this information on a power supply but i would like someone to verify if this is accurate
and also what the polarity is.

INPUT :  120V 60Hz 12W
OUTPUT:  12VDC 300mA
