I was wondering why my copy of Ram-It was rolling on my TV. I downloaded it in Stella and found that it was running at 263 scanlines. Isn't the standard 262? Is this the reason why it was rolling? (I don't know why Xenophobe was, though, Stella said it was 262 scanlines, unless there's a rom floating around that goes at 263, but that's highly unlikely...)
