Pac-Man 4K with Cut Scenes

I was checking out Pac-Man 4K and I think it's such a great version of Pac-Man. I was wondering if it would be possible, using the graphics from the 4K version, to create an 8K version that includes the Cut Screens and Title Screen? If so, are there any plans to do so?
