You ever play a 7800 game that you either did mediocre at best and all of a sudden out of nowhere you have this awesome game, where you blow your typical score out of the water?
I just had that experience with Xenophobe. I can barely recall (if ever) reaching 200,000. A typical game is usually 100,000 or less. But tonight...
...I shocked myself...![:)]()
...500,000+ ...506,595 to be exact. Sorry for the crappy in-game snapshot, I just hit F12 twice as quick as I could fearing losing the score in MESS. Unfortunately, a F12 capture takes a raw video image and you lose all those nice CRT effects.
Anyhow, it's the score that matters...And I am both surprised and very pleased.
Anyone else with a similar experience with a 7800 game? No screenshot proof required...lol
