Atari Jaguar Video Problem

I recently picked up a Jaguar for very cheap off of someone. Figured it was worth a shot at that price. However I am having some issues with it. When I first got it I got  no power to it but when I took it apart I saw that it was the u38 chip and have replaced that. The capacitor doesn't appear to be blown so I didn't bother replacing that. I now get power to the system but I am having issues with the video display. Initially I was getting nothing but a black screen but after messing with it a bit I have been getting these two screens, The one is just green bars and the other is all these random colors. I was wondering if it might be something wrong with the rf on the board and if it may be worth getting a set of av cables (or making them) to see if it would work that way. Anyways heres some pics I snapped.

It takes a bit to even get these to show up though. Quite a bit of the time I just get a blank black screen but the Jag is running.
