How important is ICSP capability on a programmer

As the title says, do I really need ICSP (In Circuit Serial Programming) capability on a Universal Programmer.
How often one need to do in circuit programming (in Atari related context and in general)

I am planning to get this programmer without the ICSP capability, but wondering if it's worth spending another $37 just to have ICSP
