Buying from 4jays: A good thing?

I was going to buy a system from them and was wondering if anybody has ever had any problems. I usually buy from Lance at video61, but these guys are in Cali so it saves me some dough on shipping. ( I could buy a used or new cart for the price of shipping ). Thanks
