you old timer AA'ers Will know what I'm looking for

When I started collecting back in the late 90's I used a couple of lists to keep track of my games. I highlighted and wrote notes on the pages to know exactly what I have. As the years have passed I have upgraded many time(Loose,W/Manual,CIB,NIB). Most have a bunch of writing next to each line an I would like to start over with the same list. The lists were:
VGR's Giant 2600/7800 List

And I also used a list from Atari2600.com, from the museum part of the site

both have example pages of what I used

If anyone has these save or know where I can get them please let me know
