Eastern Front 1941 extras

Hi

I need help finding some rare editions of Eastern Front 1941.

Im a big fan of Eastern Front 1941 for both the APX version and the Cart version with several options and levels of setup (called eastern front II in some circles).

For quite a long time ive been looking for the disk/cart images of the following:

Does anyone have any atr/rom images they can post of the scenario editions?   Any photos of the original APX boxes/instructions etc would be greatly appreciated too if someone has the originals..  As there is no pictures/atr images etc on the major dump sites (Atarimania, Atari Poland etc) im sure this would be a great couple of editions to make available again.

Can anyone help with finding these?
