Atari 130 xe Composite or s-video ?

I have a Pal 130xe and im a bit confused if the video output is composite or s-video. some websites seem to say that it should have s-video and some seem to say it is composite, so im still not sure whats the fact.

i also have been reading som articles on improving the video signal, som of them involves at lot of soldering and parts like resistors and so on, But anyone know if there is a quick and simple way to at least improve the video output a little ?
