1902a artifact colors with svid?

I made a cable for my c= 1902a that has separate chroma luma from my 130xe. Funny thing is I still see artifact colors in games like Super Bunny.

On the 1702 using chroma luma there are no artifact colors. Super Bunny is black and white.

Is it normal to not have artifact colors over svid and if so why do I see color in the 1902a when using svid?
